Turn Your Stressings Into Blessings (Guided Meditation)

Nowadays more people than ever are stressed. Stressed about money, work, family, health and a whole range of other issues.

Stress can be seen as the inability to adapt to change. There are many ways to overcome stress, one of which is meditation. I created this meditation based on my stressful experiences and what I feel will help other people to overcome their stress as well. Listen to this meditation whenever you are stressful in order to overcome your stress and to become more adaptable and flexible.
