Over the years I have been to a lot of seminars and programs. Many of the teachers there told us to let go of the past, to be fully present and not to be negative. But they didn’t say how to do this. Through trial and error I learned that the ability to forgive yourself is the quickest way to let go of the past, to be open for change and to live a more balanced and inspired life.

How to forgive yourself?
